The Louisiana Board of Pharmacy is tasked with implementing the regulations and provisions of Louisiana's medical marijuana program which permits state-licensed doctors in Lousiana to recommend marijuana for medical purposes to medical marijuana patients with serious illnesses and medical conditions as identified by the Louisiana State Board of Medical Examiners.
